The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently close to shopping streets, the old town, and popular attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering assistance with anything we needed. there was a fridge full of water, juices, and fruit available at all times, which was a nice touch.

The hotel was not as clean as we had expected. The room was old and run down, in need of renovation.
